Our innovative start-up, revolutionizing the greenhouse sector with state-of-the-art robots, is seeking a C-level executive to lead our commercial and market development efforts. You'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of agriculture and making a positive impact on the world.

SAIA is startup company that is about to fundamentally change fresh food production. We do that by reinventing how plants grow and in such a way that our robots can optimally see and harvest the plants. We move plants to the robots, not the other way around.

We are a tight interdisciplinary team of highly skilled, motivated and ambitious people who love robots, plants, and generally have a good time working together towards this great shared goal of future food security.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement a commercial strategy to increase sales, revenue and market share. Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of market trends. Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, investors, partners and industry leaders. Represent the company at trade shows, events and conferences. Work closely with the R&D team to develop new products and services to meet customer needs.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in commercial and market development
• Strong strategic thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both Dutch and English
• Passion for technology and innovation in the greenhouse and agriculture industries
